Our rug inquiries are for movable area rugs, not installed wall-to-wall carpet. Wool, synthetic blends, flatweaves, delicate dyes and natural-fiber rugs need different decisions. Some pieces may require specialist off-site care; we will discuss suitability rather than assume every rug can be cleaned in place.
- Send the rug dimensions and a photo of its label or backing.
- Mention fringes, color bleed, pet accidents or prior treatments.
- Tell us what floor is beneath the rug and how the room is accessed.
We discuss suitability and expectations before work begins. Complete stain removal and a fixed drying time cannot be promised for every material.

No. This service is for area rugs. Send a photo if you are unsure which category your item falls into.
Can you clean a wool rug at home?
Suitability depends on the particular rug, dyes, backing and condition. Share the label and photos before booking; delicate rugs may need a specialist method or off-site care.
Can you remove pet odors from an area rug?
It depends on whether contamination is limited to the surface or has reached the backing, pad or floor. We assess the source and explain the limits before treatment.
