A mark is not always removable soil

Cleaning may improve an item without restoring its original color everywhere. A photograph helps identify the concern, but it cannot establish every cause or guarantee a result.
Previous treatment matters
Tell us what has been used on the mark and whether heat or vigorous scrubbing was involved. This information helps the assessment; there is no benefit in hiding a failed treatment.
