What to send for an accurate sofa cleaning estimate
A few useful details make the conversation easier: sofa size, fabric, condition and access.

Start with the whole sofa
A close-up of a stain is useful, but it does not tell us how large the job is. Take one photo that shows the full sofa, including a chaise, corner or separate modules. Count the seats and mention any matching ottoman. If cushions can be removed, say whether you want both sides assessed. You do not need exact engineering measurements; an approximate overall width helps distinguish a compact sofa from a deep sectional.
Show the care label and the problem
Look beneath a cushion or underneath the frame for the manufacturer’s care information. Photograph the entire label, not just one letter. Then send a separate photo of each area of concern. Describe what happened, roughly when it happened and what products have already been used. A stain that has been scrubbed or treated can need a different assessment from a fresh spill. Do not apply another product just to improve the photograph.
